The work of this contract consists of the demolition and removal of an existing comfort station and maintenance shop, general construction of installing a new comfort station as per ADA/UFAS (American Disabilities Act, Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards)code and a storage addition to another existing building at Pecos National Historical Park, Pecos, New Mexico. Architectural/engineering drawings and specifications indicate extent of work, including installation of concrete, plumbing, sewage system, interior/exterior finish and appurtenances. All phases of work shall be a finished complete project herin specified. It is highly recommended that the contractor visit the job site prior to bidding.
