Notification is hereby provided of the intention of the U.S. Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) to issue a sole source Request for Quotation and Purchase Order award to AeroMap USA, Inc. of Anchorage, Alaska under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The requirement is for data acquisition and post-processing services for the Government's Belarus environ- mental restoration program. Services include (1) supervised and unsupervised classification of digital multispectral video (DMSV) data, (2) absolute orientation/ registration of DMSV/color IR data, and (3) development of digital mosaics using Belarus MOD technical specifications.
