Ramos, Contracting Officer PRESOLICTATION NOTICE. Eglin AFB FL has a requirement for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Repair and Replace Roofs, Miscellaneous Base Buildings. Bid Opening date of 4 September 1997 is only an estimated date. Project provides for a delivery order type contract for repairing and/or replacing various types of roofing at various locations on Eglin AFB, FL. In general, work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and operations in connection with repair/replacement of mineral surfaces selvage edge roll roofing, mineral surface asphalt strip shingle roofing, mineral surface fiberglass strip shingle roofing, built-up roofing, standing seam metal roofing, and sheet metal roofing, also repair/replacement of deteriorated wood fascia, roof framing, roof sheathing and decking, steel roof deck and related items. Project shall consist of Basic year and four one year options. Total estimated dollar range for a five (5) year period is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Minimum value ofa single delivery order shall be $2,500. Maximum value of delivery orders that must be performed at one time is $1,000,000.
