NCI shall retain 1 complete proof set. Paper: covers -- 100 lb. white #1 dull finish cover, targetbrightness of 87, Text -- 80 lb. white #1 dull finish text, target brightness of 87. Inks: 4 color process, PMS Warm Gray #2, PMS Warm Gray #9 and Black Ink. Solid inks required, no builds allowed. Inks shall contain minimum percentages of vegetable oil in compliance with federal procurement mandates. Margins, bleeds follow trim marks on furnished camera copy. It is strongly recommended all bidders attend the display examiniation. The RFQ is to be released 07/24/97 with quotations due by 8/4/97 at 12PM EST.
