This is a firm fixed price contract. Work shall include but not be limited to excavation, foundation, wood framing, roofing, siding, electric plumbing, all rough and finish work, loam, seed, landscaping, etc. for a complete and useable facility. The magnitude of this project is between $100,00 and $250,000. The period of performance will be 120 days. This project award is dependent upon availablity of funding.
