The fencing required is to be electrified and includes slanted deer fencing, vertical deer fencing, and standard stock fencing, with approximately 7 gates appropriately sized. The estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project must be completed within 60 days of receipt of notice to proceed.
