Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Construct an approximately 141 ft x 20 ft free-standing open-sided shelter adjacent to the existing mobility storage warehouse building, approx 13 ft tall maximum consisting of steel columns supporting a steel roof structure with ribbed steel roofing panels. Install associated footings, bollards, gutter and skylights. Install lighting and electrical distribution. Install five (5) new roll-up doors in existing warehouse and relocate and existing personnel door. Install trench drain. Install AC door ramps. Details to be included in solicitation DAHA50-97-B-0003 to be issued o/a 17 July 1997. Estimated cost of the proposed construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A non-refundable check for $100.00 payable to DFAS OPLOC will be required for each solicitation requested. Personal checks, cash, and money orders will not be accepted. Bidders not located on the island of Oahu will be mailed plans and specs; all others must pick up from the contracting office located inside Diamond Head crater Bldg 303.
