Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Construct an approximately 55 ft x 40 ft shelter over an existing equipment maintenance dock, approximately 17 ft tall, maximum consisting of CMU columns supporting a steel roof structure with ribbed steel roofing panels. Install associated footings, gutters, skylights and facia. Install lighting and electrical distribution. Details to be included in solicitation DAHA50-97-B-0004 to be issued o/a 17 July 1997. Estimated cost of the proposed construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A non-refundable check for $75.00 payable to DFAS OPLOC will be required for each solicitation requested.
