Equipment and it's component parts shall have been tested and found by a nationally recognized testing laboratory and it bears a label, tag or other record of certifcation. The equipment shall be provided with energy isolating devices to protect personnel from hazardous energy. RFQ will be available on or about 18 July 1997. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. The related emerging small business size standard is $8.5 million. The estimated cost of the proposed procurement is between $75,000 and $100,000.
