The project includes but is not limited to the renovation of the air handling units, fan coil units, and associated chilled and hot water piping serving the HVAC systems, A new mechanical space will be built to house the new air handling units. Work in the existing facility will include the demolition of existing HVAC systems, piping systems, ceilings, lighting and electrical systems and commissioning of HVAC system. New work in the facility will include installation of the new systems to replace those that have been demolished. Construction work will include cleaning and disposal of all waste, debris, and rubbish caused by the operation. Completion time for this project is 270 days. This is a total small business set-aside.
