The 189th Airlift Wing proposes to procure an Audio/Visual Integration System for which the contractor will provide equipment, furnishings, installation, testing, and training. Contractor furnished equipment will include, but not be limited to speakers necessary to provide a quality presentation, a speaker in the control booth with separate volume control, an amplifier to support the speakers, a lectern microphone with 15' of cable, two (2) wireless microphones and a remote control device to be "AMX", "Creston", or equal for auditorium audio/visual control. The control device shall support the following Government furnished equipment: Elmo EV500AF visual presenter, Panasonic AG7350 VHS video cassette recorder, two (2) Kodak Ektapro 9010 slide projectors, Marantz PMD510 cassette player, Sony CDP-C445 compact disc player, and NEC 9PG-Extra video projector. Control will be from a Government furnished lectern and control booth. The contractor will furnish and install a racking system for the above equipment including mounting of the equipment. The system shall be complete with all necessary end items, software, hardware, and cabling required for a complete installation. The place of performance will be the ANG Facilities, LRAFB, AR, Building # 118. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 1731, size standard is $7.0 .
