NAVY INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS SYMPOSIUM (NILS '97) The three-day symposium, sponsored by the Navy International Programs Office in conjunction with the American Society of Naval Engineers, will be held 14-16 July 1997 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, Arlington, Virginia. Representatives from government, industry and foreign nations are invited to attend to exchange ideas and review exhibits on a variety of logistics topics related to the Navy's Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Radm. Robert Sutton, USN, Director, Navy International Programs Office will host the Exhibits Hall Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Monday, 14 July. On Wednesday, 16 July, a panel composed of leading FMS experts, will address questions on FMS issues submitted by customers and attendees.
