Performance time is 300 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range is between $3,400,000 and $3,900,000. A formal Preproposal Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, August 5, 1997, 10 a.m., Meeting Room 220, at the facility, 81165 2nd Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa.
