The work consists of improving 5.01 miles on Bible Creek Road and 14.72 miles on Nestucca River Road. Work includes managing traffic; reconditioning graded aggregate in the roadways, aprons and shoulders; repairing asphalt surfacing using rejuvenator and geotextile; applying a multiple surface treatment over all roadway and aprons; applying striping; and all required testing. Project sites are located in Tillamook and Yamhill Counties, Salem District, Oregon. Project range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Estimated start work is September 15, 1997 and performance time is 270 calendar days. Bonds are required -- Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 50%.
