Removal of existing sewer, water, and compressed air piping, removal of the supply piping, return piping and conduit. Disconnecting and removal of electrical service, demolishing sidewalk, curb and gutter, repairing the sidewalk, curb and gutter, and pavement. The Standard Industrial Code is 1795. Performance period is 120 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
