The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to negotiate on a competitive basis for a contractor to provide material, labor and equipment to remove two (2) existing 175 Ton YORK centrifugal chillers old refrigerant, and all associated equipment. Install two new screw type water cooled electric chillers with all required equipment, supervision, material and labor to complete a "turn-key" job. The new systems shall be installed on the existing concrete pads or the existing pads shall be modified by the contractor and approved by the government representative. The work shall be performed at Humphreys Engineer Center. Proposals will be due 30 days from the issuance date of the RFP. All requests for copies of Proposal should be submitted in writing and reference the RFP Number. No Telephonic requests will be honored. (0191)
