R -- FOLLOW ON SERVICES POC Della Glenn, USTDA, Room 309, SA-16, Washington, D.C. 20523-1602, Tel: (703) 875-4357, Fax: (703) 875-4009 The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (TDA) intends to procure, on a sole source basis, follow on services from Rosa Jackson, under statutory authority 41 USC, 253(c)(1), as implemented under FAR 6.302-1, to provide accounts payable and other administrative services in support of the Agency's Financial Management Office. TDA has determined that it is likely that award to a source other than the original source would result in (i) substantial duplication of cost to the Government which is not expected to be recovered through competition, and (ii) unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's needs. The period of performance is from July 28, 1997 to July 31, 1998. The proposed contract action is for one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is a notice of intent to place a contract and shall not be considered a request for offers. (0192)
