Howe (202) 690-5552 The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of the Inspector General (OIG), maintains a hotline to receive complaints and other information from the public, employees, HHS beneficiaries and others, concerning fraud, abuse, waste, misconduct and mismanagement in HHS programs and operations, so that the appropriate audits, investigations and evaluation can be conducted. The contractor will administer and staff the operations of the hotline. In addition, contractor staff will be required to conduct telephone interviews with selected individuals on an infrequent basis. The period of performance is 12 months with three 12 month options. The SIC code is 7389 and the size standard is $5.0 million. Requests for the solicitation must be made in writing to the address and contact point listed above.
