If awarded, Bid Option No. 1, Officer's quarters, will be the construction of living quarters for officer personnel and required utility connections. If awarded, Bid Option No. 2, Administration/operations building, will be the construction of command center for the facility and required utility connections. If awarded, Bid Option No. 3, dining facility, will be the construction of a mess facility to serve the base and required utility connections. Bid documents are available on or about 29 July 1997. Estimated cost of work is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor.
