The Army requires a firm fixed price contract to Correct Drainage Along Diamond Avenue, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to: Site work to include excavation, hauling, backfilling, compacting, grading and grassing. Work shall include installing drainage pipes, manholes, drop inlets and other appurtenances. All material, equipment and labor shall be included. Work shall include installing pipe under a road, replacing sidewalk and paving as shown on the drawings and specifications. Performance shall be completed within 75 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible bidders may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a nonrefundable fee in the amount of $25.00 for this solicitation package. Fee must be submitted with written requests for copies of the solicitation package.
