The Army requires a firm fixed price contract to Install Irrigation System at Trent Field, in Front of Post Headquarters, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to: Contractor shall install an irrigation system as shown to include all site work, water lines, sprinklers, controllers, backflow preventer, and all other material, labor and equipment necessary. Contractor shall submit shop drawings and details for the irrigation system in accordance with plans and specifications for approval. Contractor shall inform the COR in writing 15 days before work is to begin. Contractor shall submit a safety plan to the COR prior to beginning work. Performance shall be completed within 45 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible bidders may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a nonrefundable fee in the amount of $25.00 for this solicitation package. Fee must be submitted with written requests for copies of the solicitation package. Fee must be in form of Company Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order made payable to Treasurer of the United States. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
