Turner, Contracting Officer, 202-305-7327, FAX 202-305-7363 UNICOR, FEDERAL PRISON INDUSTRIES intends to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) to install a new Air Conditioning System in the UNICOR Factory at the Federal Correctional Institution at Manchester, Kentucky. The work includes the related two chiller pads and fence installation, new pump room enclosure alteration, roof skylight modification to accommodate a new roof-top ventilator and all the chiller water piping distribution and support systems in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Also included is Additive 1: Concrete walkway. The period of performance is 90 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bid, Payment and Performance bonds are applicable. The requirement will be further identified in the solicitation package. All requests for a copy of the RFP must be written/typed on your company letterhead and may be faxed or mailed.
