Wagner, Regional Contract Specialist, 717-547-1641, extension 545 Contractor shall provide on-site Radiologist services and off-site Radiographic Interpretation services for inmates confined at the United States Penitentiary located in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. The contractor shall provide a physician to conduct examinations on inmates in the Health Services Department at the institution (including the satellite camp and Intensive Confinement Center.) The off-site services shall be provided at the contractor's work site, and shall include film interpretation, dictation, transcription, and preparation of radiographic reports. Contract period shall run from approximately October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set-aside for small business concerns.
