Services include but are not limited to: assisting dentist with dental procedures. Requirments include: graduate of an accredited dental assisting program. This is a nonpersonel service not to exceed 30 hours per week, and not a personal appointment. The services will be provided in six hour sessions (1 session a day, 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year). The anticipted issue date of solicitations is August 4, 1997, with an anticipted receipt of offers due by September 4, 1997.
