Q -- MEDICAL SERVICES SOL RFQ 404-0507 DUE 080497 POC Bruce Hiland, Supervisory Contract Specialist, (803)625-4607 Ext 4007 The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a nonpersonal service contract to a qualified individual or business capable of providing dental hygiene services to the inmates housed at the Federal Correctional Institution, 100 Prison Road, Estill, South Carolina 29918. Services include, but are not limited to: maintenance of oral hygeine of inmates, assisting in providing education on oral health. Requirements include: graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program. This is a nonpersonal service not to exceed 30 hours per week, and not a personal appointment. The services will be provided in six hour sessions (one session a day, five days a week, 52 weeks a year ). The anticipated issue date of solicitations is August 4, 1997, with an anticipated receipt of offers due by September 4, 1997.
