D -- MULTIPOINT CIRCUIT FOR NETWORKING AIR FORCE GLOBAL WEATHER CENTRAL CENTERS SOL DCA200-97-Q-0103 DUE 072897 POC Dawn Underwood, Contract Negotiator, 618-256-9739 Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), is seeking sources capable of providing, installing and maintaining a 256 kbps, full duplex, full period, synchronous network between Offutt AFB, NE; Scott AFB, IL; and, Asheville, NC. The network will interface with government furnished network access devices at all three locations. Each trunk within the network must be capable of being upgraded to 512 kbps anytime during the life of the contract. The Asheville site must be capable of transmitting simultaneously to the Offutt AFB and Scott AFB locations. The proposed contract will be awarded for a term of one year with six, one-month options.
