The work includes labeling manholes, sealing conduit, reracking cable, installation of two additional ground rods with boxes and connection to grounding system, reroute grounds, re-locate unistrut or move transformer (2 to 3-inches), installation of guy guard on the pole guy and check all terminations on the grounding system and make additional terminations as necessary.
