Delivery for two (2) units, operable on electric steam, and one (1) unit, operable on house steam, shall be FOB Destination to the USDA, ARS, Eastern Regional Research Center, 600 East Mermaid Lane, Wyndmoor, PA 19038-8598, and delivery for one (1) unit, operable on electric steam, shall be FOB Destination to the USDA, ARS, NAA, ERRC, Microbial Food Safety Research Unit at Delaware State University, W.W. Baker Bldg., Room 29, 12 N. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, within 90 calendar days after notice of award.
