Souto, Contracting Officer, 717-770-6206 The Defense Distribution Depot Norfolk (DDNV) located in Norfolk, VA has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all hardware, software and installation expertise for implementation of Electronic Image EDF System (5 user). Contractor shall be an authorized Electronic Image EIS Dealer Representative to provide factory trained service-support technicians for on-site installation and training and custom documentation for system installation to allow installation/implementation to be handled as a single support component. System shall include total package concept to include provisions for reconfiguration of all existing Canofile hardware components and system operation, conversion of all existing electronic images and associated databases with no loss of document integrity, and allow for total conversion and expanded system application configuration, testing, installation, on-site training and customized procedural documentation. System shall be capable of networked operation utilizing existing in-houseLAN in conjunction with proposed hardware/software components. Network license shall have expansion capability to support unlimited users with a minimum of five (5) concurrent users. This acquisition is unrestricted.
