The purchase order will provide for a one year renewal lease of software maintenance support for SAS Institute proprietary product names: SAS/Base, SAS/Graph, SAS/ETS, and SAS/OR software on Amdahl 5995-8650M Group H. The period of performance is 01 oct 97 through 30 Sep 98. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance must indicate their interest within 15 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests to 618-256-9414 are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotation/Proposal.
