D -- INTERNATIONAL SWITCHED VOICE SERVICE (ISVS) POC Karen Kinzel, 618-256-9447 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a 7-month sole-source extension to the International Switched Voice Service (ISVS) contract, DCA200-92-D-0008. The contractor is MCI Telecommunications Corporation, 8200 Greensboro Drive, McLean, VA, 22102. ISVS is for outbound voice and analog data transmission from any Government location in the 48 contiguous States and the District of Columbia, to international locations. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This contract action continues service until customers are transitioned to GSA's International Direct Distance Dialing (ID3) contract. See Numbered Note 22. (0198)
