It is the Government's intent to acquire on a sole source basis from Caliber Associates services related to the conducting of a pilot test of the youth website "Military Teens on the Move" for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Office of Family Policy (OFP). The services to be performed include development of appealing materials that will both reward participants in the pilot test and promote the use of the site, collection of pilot test information from youth participants, marketing & promoting the use of the youth website for assisting military youth in the relocation process, analyzation of the data collected during numerous military site visits and preparation of a report of findings to include recommendations for ongoing implementation and maintenance of the website. Completion is required no later than 30 Oct 97. Contractor must possess detailed knowledge of the OSD OFP Youth Service Program Youth Relocation Assistance Project as well as expertise in website pilot testing.
