Work includes monthly inspections, annual calibrations and testing and analysis of oil and refrigerant samples. Emergency repair services will be required 24-hours a day, seven days per week. Response to emergency services shall be provided within 2 hours after notification. Off-site monitoring of the chillers is required to insure optimum efficiency in operation and preventive maintenance. All parts including refrigerant shall be provided. Term of the contract is 10/1/97 through 9/30/98 with four (4) 1-year options. Offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria: (1) Company Experience and Demonstrated Ability; (2) Personnel Qualifications; (3) Resources; (4) Price.
