The scope of work will include excavation, concrete pad, vinyl flooring, prefabricated steel structure, interior finishes, HVAC, lighting, and a catwalk. Estimate range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about September 1, 1997. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors. $35 non-refundable fee payable to Alliant Techsystems must be submitted with written request to obtain plans and specifications.
