Dube, Adminstrative Support Manager, (817)837-2083 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Corporate Jets Aerospace, Inc. is soliciting bids for parts and labor to accomplish one (1) Soloy Turbine conversion on a U.S. Government owned Cessna Model 206 aircraft. Bids should include separate line item pricing for, 1. a Soloy 763-1000 Conversion Kit, 2.a new Allison 250-C20S turbine engine with warranty, complete, with all accessories, ready for installation as a Soloy Conversion, 3.a 52-gallon Sierra Industries auxiliary fuel system, 4.a C-206 floatplane rudder, 5.a heavy-duty nose landing gear fork with a 6.00 x 6 nose wheel, 6.a 720-1000-1 Bleed Air Supplement Kit to the standard turbine conversion cabin heater, and 7.the Adapter Kit to accommodate amphibious or seaplane floats. (Either Edo 3500 or Wipline 4000).Modification/installation labor will be separately estimated per line item. Bids should include delivery schedule. The subcontractor will be responsible for delivery of the items via commercial bills of landing to the Corporate Jets Aerospace facility at 2300 Horizon Drive,Alliance Airport,Fort Worth Texas 76177-5300. Corporate Jets reserves the right to contract with more than one offeror for all or part of this solicitation as determined to be in the best interest fo the Government. Evaluation of all offers will be made to determine the responsive and responsible offeror which satisfies all mandatory requirements at the lowest overall price.
