The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through full and open competition non-personal Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) for the Naval Aviation Engineering Service Unit by qualified personnel. The proposed procurement consists of three (3) tasks: 31982, 30617, and 30616. Task 31982 supports the MH53 Program. Task 30617 supports the H60 Program. Task 30616 supports the H60 Program. The basic contract period for all three tasks is 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998. The task will also contain two (2) twelve month option periods. The period of performance, inclusive of options, will total 36 man months. This contract covers the Government's minimum needs. The solicitation will contain specifications for Contractor Maintenance Service Representatives as appropriate. The place of performance for each Task is as follows: Task 31982 -- CCAD Corpus Christi, Texas, Task 30617 -- NAWC Point Mugu, California, and Task 30616 -- NAS Pensacola, Virginia. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Number is 8711.
