Provide and paint new interior casings on 15 General Officer Quarters located on Westover Avenue Bolling AFB. 2) Replacement of siding and repair and replace of water damaged sheathing and batt insulation. Install paper over new and existing sheathing on 15 General Officer Quarters located on Westover Avenue Bolling AFB. The Standard Industrial Code is 1751. Performance period is 300 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00-$500,000.00. This is an unrestricted solicitation in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
