Z -- REPLACE UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS, FOUR LAKES ANG STATION, WA SOL DAHA45-97-B001 DUE 091197 POC Terry Blue, Contracting Officer, 509/247-7222; Robert Aunan, Project Officer, 509/247-7352 Work required on the project includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant labor, equipment, materials, tools,and other items needed to decommission and remove underground fuel storage tanks and install a new oil/water seperator with associated piping, hardware, and connections. This will require excavation, storage, testing, and appropriate disposition of potentially contaminated soils and the removal and the replacement of sections of concrete and/or asphalt. Potential additional work may include the removal of underground heating oil tanks and the conversion of existing oil-fired heating systems to propane. All work shall be performed in accordance with published specifications and contract drawings. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted with the Evaluation Preference included for Small Disadvantaged Businesses. Estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Time of completion is 270 days from receipt of Notice To Proceed. The solicitation will be available on or about 11 Aug 1997. The Bid Opening will be on or about 15 Sep 1997.
