Base of tower, top platform and metal items on tower are coated with lead containing paint which shall be removed before new painting begins. All work shall be completed within 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). The construction range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Only faxed or written requests for bid packages are acceptable.
