D -- TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES SOL RFP No. 9763 DUE 081897 POC Contact Procurement Division, 202/226-2557 The Legislative Branch is seeking to establish a qualified offerors list for the requirement Switched Telecommunications Services. At a minimum, interested parties must be able to provide all of the following: 1) The ability to serve every Legislative Branch location in the 50 United States and territories, 2) The ability to initiate and complete calls to and from all international locations allowed by the U.S. Government, 3) Dedicated and Switched (preferred carrier selection) access, 4) The ability to accept and complete cellular telephone calls via PICed ANIs, 5) Dedicated access terminating center diversity for locations with multiple T-1s, 6) Card services for domestic and international calling, 7) A configuration management system, 8) Billing via call detail cartridge, 9) Network grade of service equivalent to P.01 or better, 10) Audio teleconferencing services, 11) A uniform flat rate per minute, insensitive to distance and time of day. All requests for inclusion on the offerors list must include company name, contact name, address, telephone number and facsimile number. Demonstrated prior performance is a qualifying factor, therefore, certification of prior successful performance in all 11 areas and two current (within the past three years) relevant contract references must be provided to qualify.
