This proposed Purchase Order is 100% Set Aside for Small Business concerns. Contractor to provide non-personal service to furnish all labor, tools, parts (including membranes and upgrade software/hardware to resolve specific product reliability problems only) and transportation necessary to provide preventive and remedial maintenance on Hemodialysis Equipment located at the USAF Medical Center at Wright-Patterson AFB OH. Equipment consists of the following: 6 EA Dialysis Machines/System 3; 3 EA Reverse Osmosis Mach/Portapure; 1 EA Intel 386 Computer System; 1 EA Wyse Computer Monitor; 1 EA keyboard; 1 EA HP Printer/Laserjet 111. The RFQ for this solicitation will be issued approximately 12 August 1997. Quotes will be accepted either in writing or via fax (937) 257-3926). When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
