J -- EXERCISE FOURTH OPTION FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ELEVATORS AT WSMR, NEW MEXICO SOL WA2033-3288-0300 POC N/A (Site Code DAAD07) This Synopsis is a notice of intent to exercise the fourth option for a twelve month option period under Contract DAAD07-94-C-0126 for the maintenance and repair of elevators in accordance with White Sands Missile Range Purchase Description Number 4059C-93 dated 20 January 1994. If no affirmative responses are received within 15 days after publication of this notice to the effect that a comparable source is available or that it is more advantageous for the Government than exercising the option under the present contract, a modification will be issued to extend Contract DAAD07-94-C-0126. No solicitation document exists and requests for such document shall be considered nonresponsive and not valid for consideration. Oral communications are not acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of offers or proposals received in response to this notice. This Synopsis is a notice of intent to exercise the fourth option under the referenced contract and shall not be considered a request for offers. Prospective contractors should submit information in writing within 15 days of this notice with well-documented evidence of their capability to meet all contractual requirements, to include pricing.
