FISC Acquisition Group Norfolk intends to purchase on a full and open competitive basis, l each Digicall Mobile Learning lab with 2 speakers (6 channel) P/N ECM982, includes 3-cassette P/N P53R, 1-CD P/N P10, 1-VCR (VHS) P/N P8100, 1-extra outside P/N X40, 4 each Mini-Console Cabinet 8" x 13" x 24", 2-cassette (P/N P53R) Demo Model (6 Channel), 50 each Wireless Headset for Lab console P/N T8M6MA, 2 each Permanent Antenna P/N RA950, 3 each Portable Antenna P/N RA940. Mfr Fleetwood, Holland MI. Award of a firm fixed price contract on a brand name or equal basis is contemplated. Proposals received shall specify FOB Destination, Norfolk, VA. Offers other than FOB Destination shall be ineligible for award. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1. Award will be made to the eligible, responsible offereror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, offers to the overall lowest price to the Govt. The Govt reserves the right to award the contract to other than the lowest priced offeror.
