Period of Performance is changed to read 1 Nov 97 through 30 Sep 98 with options to extend for a period not to exceed 60 months. Current contract with LB&B Associates is being extended for one month with two (2) one-month option periods. If option periods are exercised effective contract start dates are 1 December 1997 and 1 January 1998 respectively. The purpose of this extension is to allow the Government sufficient time to make changes to performance work statement, issue solicitation, evaluate offers, award a contract, and allow a phase-in period.
