Service includes: A. One PM visit, including a thorough inspection of the electron microscope located in the laboratory. B. Service is to include unlimited Emergency Service calls during the term. C. Service is to include all labor, replacement parts, excluding expendables, travel charges and labor for options/accessories upgrades to instrument, if purchased separately. D. Emergency Services require a 24 hour response time (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding weekends and holidays). The base period for performance is from October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. The solicitation will include two option years for maintenance service. (0209)
