The sample analysis, maintenance of kits in adequate numbers and their shipping shall be performed as designated by NIDA. Offerors must possess the equipment, facilities, and extensive experience with developing radioimmunoassays and/or related assays for various drugs in general, and desired drugs in particular for this contract. It is anticipated that a five-year, incrementally funded, cost-reimbursement-type (completion) contract will be awarded with five one-year options.
