THE BLUE GRASS ARMY DEPOT PRESENTS A MARKETING OPPORTUNITY DAY The Blue Grass Army Depot, Richmond, KY, in cooperation with the Kentucky Procurement Assistance Program, the US Small Business Administration, the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development, the Kentucky Finance & Administration Cabinet, the Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs, the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, the Berea Chamber of Commerce, and the US Department of Defense -- Defense Logistics Agency, is sponsoring a Marketing Opportunity Day conference on Thursday, August 21, 1997. Registration for the conference is $15 per person, which includes lunch. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., and the conference concludes at 3:00 p.m. The conference will include opportunities to meet one-on-one with federal government, state government, and private industry buyers. In addition, seminars will be offered on topics such as selling to the Blue Grass Army Depot, electronic access to bid opportunities with the state of Kentucky, subcontracting opportunities at the Blue Grass Army Depot, and more.
