This solicitation contains three (3) bid alternates: bid alternate (1) includes 11 buildings; bid alternate (2) includes 8 buildings; bid alternate (3) includes 2 buildings. Contemplated issue date is August 4, 1997 with an approximate opening date of September 4, 1997. The cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. Work shall be accomplished within 400 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. A non-refundable bid deposit of $50.00 per each set of specifications and drawings is required.
