These units will be delivered to the Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge in Suffolk, Virginia. Negotiations will be held with Remote Data Systems, Inc. of Wilmington, North Carolina, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1. No solicitation is available, however, interested firms may submit a catalog or written statement of their capabilities to provide these specialized monitoring units in accordance with FWS specifications within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
