Elky Tel: (410) 965-9483 The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate with IBM Corporation on a sole-source basis for the five-year lease and maintenance of the following IBM proprietary software products: NTUNEMON, NTUNENCP, APL2 V2 INTERACT, AI-FORMS, AON/MVS BASE, AON/MVS SNA, AON/MVS LAN, AON/MVS TCP, COBOL V4 COMP/LIB, COBOL SUBRT V4, OS/V2 COBOL COMP/SUBRTS, PL1 OPT COMP/LIB. No cost or pricing data is required or requested. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided. Respondents should refer to "IBMSW-JCE." All responses must be received within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. If no affirmative written responses are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice to the effect that a comparable source exists, a contract will be negotiated with IBM Corporation for the requirements stated above. The Government does not intend to pay for information provided. Acknowledgement of receipt will not be issued, nor will respondents be notified of the results of the evaluation of the data received.
